Warm pasta salad with tomato vinaigrette


Servings: 2 as a starter
Time: 15 mins

4 oz pasta shapes
3 tomatoes
1 shallot
some black olives (essential)
1/3 cup olive oil
dash of wine vinegar
1 packet/bunch of fresh basil

1. Chop up all the choppable ingredients and put them in a bowl with the olive oil and vinegar.
2. Cook the pasta, drain and cool it slightly, and stir in the vinaigrette.
